Public land & building assets

  1. The only building asset owned by the Parish Council is the former telephone box adjacent to Ridgways, Green Lane. Its value is assessed 
in financial terms as nominal.
  2. The village green is registered to the Parish Council by virtue of section 8(3) of the Commons Registration Act 1965. It is approximately one acre in size. Its location is between Green Lane and Ridgways in the centre of the village. The registration was on 26th July 1974. Its value is assessed 
in financial terms as nominal.
  3. The triangle of land in front of the Church, formerly known as The 
Plantation, is unregistered land but is looked after by the Parochial Church Council. It is approximately 200 square metres. Its value is assessed in financial terms as nominal.
  4. The land in front of Hay Barn at Manor Farm is unregistered land but its grass is strimmed 3 times a year on the authority of, and paid for by, the Parish Council. It is approximately 400 square metres. Its value is assessed in financial terms as nominal.
  5. The land known as The Vessels (formerly a dumping ground) is unregistered. It is approximately three quarters of an acre. Its location is between Little Orchard and the Home Farm rear entrance on the Moreton Road. The land is unregistered but is currently looked after by volunteers with some trees planted by villagers. Its value is assessed in financial terms as nominal.
